Two Hands Needed
Post a shift, say what it needs, and keep one seat per pair of hands. A shift is one afternoon, not a rota — so the roster is a short list you can read at a glance, and it is capped when the shift is posted.
What this roster does and does not do. Nobody is authenticated. There is no login, no password and no verification on this page, so the name you type is the name the roster keeps and the word keeper below is only what the box says — anybody can type it. A volunteer may release their own seat and nobody else's; the roster checks that, but it cannot check who you are. Names are shown because a shift that needs hands is asking for them; seat ids and operation ids are not. Once a shift is closed it is the record of who was rostered, so the door shuts with it and no seat can be added or dropped afterwards.
