Stewards carry it — and the deal is radical transparency: every payment you make is split penny by penny across the actual cost lines below, recorded forever, and shown to you. In return the server genuinely runs better for you: every rate limit on the site opens up by your tier's multiplier — more searches, more posts, more of everything, because you're the one keeping the lights on. Tiers are charged from your Sanctuary Card, cover the calendar month, and never auto-renew — the house will not touch your card without your hand on it.
